Lazarski University in Warsaw offers first-year students an opportunity to stay in dorms:
To reserve a place in a dorm it is necessary to pay the deposit and the monthly cost of accommodation.
Also, the university has its own rental base for apartments located near the campus or subway. Therefore, students who are unable or don’t want to obtain a place in the dorm can apply for room or apartment. In order to redeem this offer, a student must pay a deposit, the first month of living and agency fees of 25% of monthly cost (if a real estate agency was involved in finding of apartment).
