Academy of Finance and Business Vistula (AFIB Vistula) is one of the leading universities in Poland, combining 27 years of tradition and experience and also innovative trends in science and education.
The experience and quality of Vistula Academy of Finance and Business have been confirmed by ratings, awards and accreditations:
- 1st place in Perspektywy 2019 ranking by internationalization level;
- 4-5 place in Perspektywy rating among all private educational institutions of Poland in recent years;
- 2nd place among private universities in the category "The highest Qualified Staff";
- 1st place in the ELA rating - management category;
- 6th place in the IDEAS - REPEC rating, in the ranking of universities engaged in scientific research in the field of economics;
- 1st place in the Polish in Study 2016 ranking as the most international non-governmental university in Poland;
- 9th in the ranking of employers by Wprost 2015, based on a survey of more than five hundred largest Polish companies. Vistula graduates are among the most competitive in the labor market;
- ACCA accreditation (one of the most important and prestigious ACCA finance and accounting accreditations). AFIB Vistula is one of 14 universities in Poland that have been awarded ACCA certification;
- CEEMAN (Central and East European Management Development Association) accreditation - an international association for the development of management and the management sciences;
- EFMD (European Foundation for Management Development) accreditation - an international network of business organizations and universities involved in the development and enhancement of management education. Operates in 80 countries.
The campus of the Academy is located on 29,000 m², in the district of Ursynów (100 meters from the Stokłosy metro station) and consists of a educational-didactic building that is fully adapted to the needs of the disabled, a gym, underground and ground parking. Students are provided with free of charge meeting rooms and classrooms equipped with air conditioning, modern multimedia equipment, interactive whiteboards, projectors, free WI-Fi.
The library has a collection of books, periodicals, digital media to support research activities, 130 comfortable spaces for students in the reading room, 30 desktops, 2 of which have access to the LEX POLONICA research database. All books and media are cataloged and available online.
For student
At the Academy of Finance and Business Vistula studies and employs students and staff from 86 countries around the world. The university is a participant of the Erasmus + program, enabling students from one semester till a year to study and upgrade their qualifications at one of the 40 partner universities abroad, receiving monthly funding (up to 500 EUR for studies and up to 600 EUR for internships).
Infrastructure
A wide variety of undergraduate programs include more than 30 specialties, designed according to the highest European standards, trained by professionals in the fields of economics, computer technology, international relations, tourism, philology and sociology.
Scholarships and discounts for students of Academy of Finance and Business Vistula:
- Foreign students who do not have a permanent residence permit, refugee status (granted in the Republic of Poland), long-term resident status in the European Union (issued by the Republic of Poland), owners of a valid Pole card and students who have entered the educational process on the conditions that applied to Polish citizens can have Rector's Scholarship - for academic achievement (high average grade ), scientific, creative or sporting achievements in international or national competitions). The scholarship is between 350 PLN and 600PLN per month.
The University offers a wide range of student clubs and organizations that provide an opportunity of learning how to work in a team and gain valuable experience (Architecture & New Media Club; International Relations; Hospitality; Culinary Tourism; Diplomacy; Photo Club; Game Design; 2B - Business Travel Circle; SHUFFLE - Language Club; Academic Choir; Sports Association; Design Center);The University also has a Practice and Career Bureau to help students in CV preparation, conducting professional seminars, consultations, searching for internships.

Accommodation
Academy of Finance and Business Vistula does not have its own dorms, but has bilateral agreements with private and public universities' dorms (limited number of places).
The approximate monthly cost of accommodation is:
• 2-3-person room in the state dorm- from 500 PLN (122 EUR ) to 700 PLN(170 EUR);
• 1-4-person room in a private hostel - from 550 PLN (134 EUR) to 1000 PLN (243 EUR);
Room in rented apartment:
• 1person room - from 800 PLN (195 EUR) to 1100 PLN (268 EUR);
• 2 person room - from 550 PLN (134 EUR) to 800 800 (195 EUR);
